Job Summary

The project manager is responsible for managing customer relationships and working as an intermediary between our SEO & PPC team and our customer. A successful candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to convey ideas and strategy in a fast-paced environment. Experience in digital marketing, especially SEO and PPC, is a plus. The account manager is responsible the following:

Responsibilities and Duties

 

  • Managing a relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Communicating results and expectations
  • Discussing and developing SEO strategy
  • Assisting with reporting
  • Communicating Issues
  • Addressing client questions or concerns
  • Being an advocate for our clients success

 

Qualifications and Skills

 

  • Four year college degree or higher
  • At least one year experience in digital marketing
  • Experience managing and talking with clients
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office products
  • Strong writing/typing skills
